Shipping policy
Processing Time:
We process orders on Mondays and ship them on Tuesdays, and we also process and ship orders on Fridays. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed. Processing time may be longer (8 to 10 days) during certain times of year, which may impact delivery times.
Shipping:
- Media mail may take longer than advertised during the holiday season
- First Class and Priority mail sent by USPS is faster than UPS Ground shipping in USA.
- Shipping to European Union (EU) - Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, in addition custom duties or fees will be payable by the customer once the package arrives in the EU. You are warned that these added costs may exceed the merchandise's value.
- International Customs: Your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival. We are not responsible for these additional charges, which vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for additional information. We are required to state the value of each order on the package, even if it is a gift.
- International shipments can take between 8-10 weeks to arrive. Once the package leaves U.S. borders, we have no way to know where the package is located or when it will be delivered. Therefore, we can't guarantee that the shipment will arrive.
- If international customers wish to save money due to the high international shipping fees (set by United States Postal Service), we encourage you to order from your local retailers when possible. Please see some local retailer options here.
- Shipping to Brazil - Customer must provide the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on the note.
- Shipping to India - Your name and shipping address should match with Government recognized Identity and Address proof. This may be required by Customs during shipment clearance
