In diverse metropolitan areas, Old Students can be exposed to so many different kinds of meditation. This talk gives the opportunity for people to consider the values, the meditation practice, and the logic of this vipassana tradition as taught by S.N. Goenka.
The first talk was recorded at McKinsey, an international consulting firm, which is located in a beautiful tower in midtown Manhattan in April of 2019. The second talk was given at the Cupertino Public Library in Cupertino, California to a crowd of Silicon Valley Old Students of vipassana.
