Corinne Bilyayev

Originally from Maine and now living in Florida, Corinne holds a BA in violin and MA in linguistics. Her meditation journey has been riddled with fidgety sits, back pain, and plenty of moments when she’s wondered if she’s doing any of this right. She’s learned that consistency doesn’t mean perfection, and that showing up—even when it’s hard—is what matters most.

She serves on the Southeast Vipassana Center trust and the North American Vipassana Prison Trust, where she continues learning alongside others about Vipassana meditation’s potential for transformation and the principles of working together in a Dhammic way.
