The title is “Nirodha”. The seal in the upper right says: Ke Ton
“Buddhist doctrine teaches: take all things as Impermanent and Imaginary.”
It reflects the lines from the Diamond Sutra:
“As a lamp, a cataract, a star in space an illusion, a dewdrop, a bubble
a dream, a cloud, a flash of lightening view all created things like this.”
This includes the idea that self is not fixed or permanent, but simply arises and passes away with each stimulation of any of the six senses. The constant stream of and habitual reactions or attachments to phenomena are what create the illusion of a fixed self (soul).
