These are Giclée prints.
Giclée, pronounced "jee-clay," from the French, is the process of making fine art prints from high resolution digital scans using ink-jet printing, fade-resistant "archival" inks, and high-quality, acid-free paper. The giclée printing process ensures better durability and color accuracy than other means of reproduction, and is commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries.
The prints themselves are 7x9 but with the matt they are 11x14. Standard frames are available in the market for this size.
