I.B. Horner was working on this translation of a collection of Jātaka tales, submitted to PTS by P.S. Jaini, when she died. This is her last work and contribution to the body of translated Buddhist texts. It consists of a Burmese collection of fifty Jātaka stories current in South-East Asia. Although some of the stories are based upon those in the Pāli Jātaka, they are not regarded as canonical, and therefore have been titled "Apocryphal" by the editors. [Date and Author(s) unknown.]
The Pāli text from PTS is Pannasa Jataka.
