This video is the audio recording and English translations of the Pāli and Hindi chanting by S.N. Goenka from a ten-day Vipassana meditation course. It contains the translation for the opening night, each day's morning chanting, group sittings, Vipassana instructions session, and the practice of Mettā (loving kindness) meditation. The Pāli (or Hindi) text appears with the English translation on the screen in sync with the audio of Goenka's chanting.
